As a Senior Project Manager (EPM), you will own end-to-end delivery of Jedox EPM implementations for key accounts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the central point of contact for clients, internal teams (including R&D), and executive stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead implementation projects for key accounts from initiation through successful delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders across the organization
- Oversee all project lifecycle phases: requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance requirements
- Organize and manage resources effectively, tracking timelines, budgets, and scope
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive management
- Gather customer feedback from projects to inform product and service improvements
- Support additional implementation-related activities as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on IT project management experience, ideally in complex environments
- 8+ years of professional experience within the IT consulting industry
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); Master's degree is a plus
- Proven track record successfully delivering finance transformation projects (CPM/EPM, ERP, BI)
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, project resources, budgets, and scope
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks; certifications (PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) are advantageous
- Confident engagement with senior stakeholders and operational teams; ability to adjust communication style by audience
- Customer-focused mindset with passion for delivering value and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with proactive, structured, reliable work approach
- Business-fluent English for effective communication with local and international stakeholders
