As Strategic Partner Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of major events from contract signing through final closing. You will serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (product, engineering, support, legal, sales), ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of all project requirements. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the entire event delivery process from commercial contract through post-event closing - Acting as the central stakeholder coordinator across sales, legal, product, engineering, and support teams - Communicating product and process needs to headquarters and collaborating with product/engineering teams to prioritize requirements - Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team - Ensuring all project documentation is complete and requirements are clearly defined - On-site presence during event launches and other critical dates as needed - Managing parallel workstreams and handling large volumes of concurrent projects You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The role requires strong project management discipline, operational excellence, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and to specification. Requirements: - 6+ years of project management experience or consulting background (event industry experience is a plus but not required) - Fluent in English and Korean (required) - Degree-qualified with strong academic background preferred - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with parallel workstreams - Exceptional organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset - Strong relationship management and communication skills - Solution-focused problem-solving approach - Ability to think strategically about partnership briefs and data-driven insights - Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus - Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to get hands dirty across all required tasks
