Salary: EUR 50,000 - 60,000 / annual
Remote is a global HR platform enabling organizations to recruit, pay, and manage international teams compliantly. This role sits within the Employee Lifecycle Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Contract Management and Lifecycle.
As a Lifecycle Specialist focused on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Workers Compensation, you will manage the company's global workers compensation insurance programs across multiple EMEA countries. Your core responsibilities span four key areas:
**Insurance Portfolio Management:** Administer and manage the company's global workers compensation insurance programs. Support renewal processes by coordinating with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to gather documentation, ensure timely submissions, and negotiate competitive terms. Maintain up-to-date records of policies, certificates of insurance, and related documentation.
**Risk Financing:** Analyze and evaluate risk financing options to optimize coverage and cost-efficiency. Prepare and present recommendations on risk financing strategies to senior management. Assist in developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures.
**Data Analysis and Reporting:** Collect, analyze, and interpret insurance and risk management data. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management. Identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
**Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Support:** Collaborate with internal departments and operating companies to identify insurance and risk management needs. Foster relationships with brokers, insurers, and regulatory agencies. Provide support to prospects, customers, and employees on workers compensation coverage, exclusions, and risk management advice. Maintain documentation for claims management procedures and collaborate with the OHS team and brokers to support claim management for both internal and external employees.

**Requirements:**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Significant work experience in a digital environment
- Progressive management experience plus required examiner experience within the workers compensation insurance industry
- Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing insurance partners and brokers
- Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries
- Good analytical skills and ability to map processes
- Team player who works independently and communicates proactively and positively
- Growth and problem-solving mindset with ability to shift tasks and priorities quickly and effectively
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Remote work experience is a plus but not required
