Zscaler is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Professional Services team in Escazú, Costa Rica. This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Professional Services for the SecOps specialty product line.
You will own the end-to-end success of customer deployments, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle. Your responsibilities include planning and executing high-impact projects to scope, defining and tracking success metrics and milestones, and ensuring projects stay on schedule while delivering maximum customer value.
Key responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of new customer deployments and act as the central orchestration point for internal teams and resources
- Define success criteria, metrics, and timelines; maintain rigorous project tracking and documentation
- Build and cultivate deep relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment
- Navigate and resolve complex account escalations by mobilizing technical experts and internal resources
- Educate customers on onboarding tools, deployment processes, and post-sales support mechanisms

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; 5+ years of professional project management experience; technical literacy in security fundamentals (firewalls, proxies, web security gateways); exceptional communication and organizational skills; proven ability to lead large-scale customer presentations.
Preferred: Active PMP certification; experience in fast-paced cybersecurity or SaaS environments.
