EVERSANA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy environment. The role requires 5–7 years of proven project management experience, with expertise in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders; developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies; coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors; leading project meetings and communicating progress to stakeholders; identifying and mitigating risks proactively; monitoring performance using KPIs and status reports; ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance; managing scope, schedule, and cost changes; and driving continuous improvement through documentation of lessons learned. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Preferred qualifications include prior client-facing experience in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy, PMP certification or Certified ScrumMaster credential, and experience with CRM applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. The position is based in Mason, OH, with 0% travel and a standard 40-hour work week.
