Nesto is a Canadian fintech company founded in 2018, now managing over $73 billion CAD in residential and commercial mortgages. The company operates as Nesto Group with 1,300+ employees across 12 Canadian offices. Nesto Cloud is their B2B, cloud-native mortgage technology platform serving financial institutions, credit unions, and commercial real estate lenders.
The company is expanding its B2B delivery team and hiring two new Senior Project Managers to support growing partnerships with financial institutions implementing Nesto Cloud. The team is currently four people and scaling to six.
In this role, you will lead large, multi-stream SaaS implementation programs for financial-institution partners. Responsibilities span the full lifecycle: discovery, requirements gathering, implementation ownership, testing, and post-launch stabilization. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure programs deliver on time and stakeholders remain aligned.
Key success factors include: taking immediate ownership and driving progress despite ambiguity; proactively organizing work and building structure in emerging processes; identifying and implementing foundational product management standards (the team is still building PM infrastructure); ramping quickly on enterprise SaaS delivery models; and demonstrating strong learning agility to absorb complex information rapidly.
This is an individual contributor role focused on program delivery excellence. The position is based in Ontario with a preference for Greater Toronto Area candidates. You'll work in-office and be part of a growing, high-impact delivery organization modernizing mortgage technology across Canada.
