Kurtosys is a global SaaS fintech company specializing in data-driven reporting platforms for asset and wealth managers. The company has won industry recognition for its data reporting product and serves prestigious financial institutions worldwide.
You will own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent client projects, serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients. This is a fast-paced, high-stakes, client-facing role where you instill confidence, manage expectations, navigate complexity, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving concurrent client projects from kickoff through go-live
- Serving as the primary client contact, building trust and managing expectations
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate
- Collaborating across Product, Design, QA, and Implementation teams to maintain delivery momentum
Required qualifications:
- Cape Town-based location
- Bachelor's degree or BTech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- 5+ years of client-facing project management experience with external enterprise clients
- Proven track record delivering projects in SaaS, digital, or cloud environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills: warm, trusted, and firm when needed
Bonus experience includes asset or wealth management background, consulting experience, or PM certification.
