Helsing is a defence AI company on a mission to protect democracies through technological leadership in AI. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to own all aspects of internal and external project coordination for a prestigious and complex Land domain initiative.
In this role, you will serve as the strategic and operational hub for one of our most important delivery teams, working at the intersection of technical execution and commercial success. You will report to senior leadership and maintain close partnerships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across engineering and programme management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning daily and weekly prioritization of deliverables and ensuring alignment across technical and commercial teams
- Planning and maintaining both internal and external project roadmaps, communicating requirements and priorities clearly
- Building and managing project steering dashboards and KPI tracking for executive visibility
- Coordinating meetings, managing stakeholder communications, and resolving blockers
- Supporting the implementation of the project roadmap while maintaining tight control over day-to-day execution
- Working with Programme Management to identify and optimize future opportunities
- Ensuring transparent communication of how the project contributes to Helsing's strategic business goals
You will bring exceptional project management discipline, business acumen, and technical savviness. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex, high-stakes programmes with multiple stakeholders, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate comfortably in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. Experience in defence, aerospace, or government contracting is a plus.
