We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Industrial AI implementation projects. In this role, you will own the complete project lifecycle—from contract signing through deployment, adoption, and value realization. You'll be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes, and commercial performance. Your responsibilities include: • Leading transformational AI implementation projects for major industrial organizations in Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, and Life Sciences • Partnering with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product teams, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality solutions • Translating customer objectives into measurable success metrics and facilitating Value Realisation Workshops to demonstrate business impact • Managing project financials including forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, cost management, and reporting • Building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, leading steering committees, and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle • Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and scope changes with appropriate governance and transparency • Supporting customer adoption through change management, enablement, and training while identifying expansion opportunities • Contributing to continuous improvement of delivery practices through PMO methodologies, playbooks, and lessons learned You bring 5+ years of experience delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects. You have deep technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems. Strong commercial and financial acumen is essential—you're comfortable with forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability. Experience in industrial sectors and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project are expected. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline required.
