You will join the Implementation Program Management Office as a Senior Project Manager, leading complex, high-visibility IT projects across the US healthcare payer space. You'll own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of client implementations, working at the intersection of cutting-edge cloud technology and healthcare transformation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple large-scale or smaller projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently met
- Coordinating with Client Delivery Managers to translate client requirements into clear delivery objectives, milestones, and project schedules
- Applying industry-standard project management practices (schedule, risk, communications, stakeholder engagement) to improve delivery predictability and transparency
- Partnering with cross-functional technical and client teams to identify constraints, dependencies, and translate them into business-facing decisions and executive-level health reporting
- Owning integrated project schedule management, including work plans, milestone tracking, dependency management, and critical path visibility
- Maintaining disciplined risk and issue management (RAID logs, proactive identification, mitigation planning, escalation)
- Conducting resource planning and capacity management to support realistic delivery commitments
- Facilitating regular status meetings to maintain project visibility and ensure timely escalation
