Snowflake is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of its Authorized Training Partner (ATP) program. This role sits within the Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) organization's PMO + Data team and is responsible for building and scaling a certified partner and instructor network that extends Snowflake's educational reach into underserved markets while maintaining brand integrity and learner experience.
In the first six months, the focus will be on learning team operations and designing workflow improvements. Subsequently, the role transitions toward partner program ownership and strategic growth.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner Program Design & Ownership**: Own the full lifecycle of the ATP program—partner onboarding, certification, quality standards, and performance management. Make partner selection decisions by evaluating applications and assessing market fit. Activate and scale training partners in priority regions (LatAm, MENA, SEA, India) in coordination with regional GTM teams. Own and report on program metrics including delivery volume, learner outcomes, NPS, content adoption, and business impact.
**Quality Standards & Compliance**: Build scalable quality enforcement mechanisms including observation protocols, feedback loops, remediation paths, and renewal requirements. Coordinate with Localization/Internationalization teams to ensure partner-delivered content stays current. Serve as the primary partner relationship owner, troubleshooting issues and advocating for partner needs internally.
**Operational Excellence**: Identify and eliminate manual, multi-step workflows. Design and implement process improvements with program coordinators, including automation opportunities. Build documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials to support team scaling. Surface performance insights to leadership with strategic recommendations.
**Operations Partnership**: Partner with the Education Operations team to learn existing systems, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions. Act as an internal consultant diagnosing inefficiencies and leading implementation. Upskill program coordinators on new tools and processes. Build frameworks enabling team scaling without proportional headcount growth.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in Program Management, Partner Operations, or Education Operations at a high-growth SaaS or cloud platform company. Demonstrated experience designing and launching partner programs or channel enablement initiatives. Proven track record as DRI for complex, cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes. Strong independent decision-making and stakeholder management skills. Process design expertise with experience building workflows and driving operational efficiency. Willingness to travel ~25% for partner onboarding and regional activations.
Preferred: Experience in Education, Enablement, or Training organizations at cloud or enterprise software companies.
