Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Strategic Security Services (S3). This is a high-trust individual-contributor role serving as the execution engine and designated second-in-command for the S3 division, which protects Anduril's people, operations, and mission across four integrated pillars: Global Security Operations Center (24/7 monitoring and incident response), Travel Security (global traveler tracking and support), Threat Intelligence (proactive physical threat identification), and Protective Intelligence (executive and brand protection).
You will partner directly with the four pillar leads to drive initiatives from planning to delivery, owning the development and writing of the division's products. While the Deputy Director focuses on enterprise strategy and executive engagement, you focus on keeping programs moving, raising quality standards, and stepping in to run S3 at the director level when needed.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with pillar leads to move priority initiatives to completion while clearing blockers and maintaining timelines and quality; running point on cross-pillar programs that span multiple teams; translating strategic direction into concrete plans and milestones; providing hands-on coverage and surge support when needed; developing and refining S3 products (intelligence briefs, assessments, SOPs, reporting, leadership decks) to executive-ready standards; owning the quality bar and voice of the division's written output; building templates and reporting mechanisms; serving as the Deputy Director's stand-in for day-to-day operations and executive representation; operating credibly at director level in front of executives; supporting budget planning and tracking; and working cross-functionally with Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Legal, HR, Government Affairs, and other partners.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; 8+ years of progressive experience in security, intelligence, program/project management, or operations in corporate or government security environments; demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct authority; and exceptional writing skills with a proven track record of producing executive-ready intelligence products and reporting.
