Rippling is seeking a Senior Program Manager for SDR Onboarding to own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the global SDR onboarding program. The role involves designing and scaling onboarding experiences that equip customer-facing teams with knowledge, skills, and resources needed to ramp quickly and drive revenue impact.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SDR onboarding strategy aligned with revenue goals and organizational growth
• Design curriculum, training materials, and resources that accelerate time to productivity for new SDRs
• Partner closely with SDR leadership, Sales Enablement, and cross-functional teams to deliver world-class onboarding experiences
• Manage and evolve the Internal Mobility program "SDR to CRO," providing clear career growth pathways within the Revenue organization
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure onboarding effectiveness, time-to-productivity, and business impact
• Continuously improve program based on feedback, performance data, and changing business needs
• Communicate program updates and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization
• Scale onboarding processes to support global SDR team growth
