Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Program Manager, GTM & Field Enablement to build and own enablement for the EMEA region. This is the first dedicated enablement hire for EMEA, reporting to the head of Product + GTM Enablement.
You will own end-to-end enablement delivery for the EMEA field, including localizing and delivering global GTM and product launch training across regional time zones, managing the EMEA training roadmap, and acting as the enablement partner to EMEA Sales and Customer Success leaders. You'll reinforce core selling skills and messaging (Command of the Message) with regional reps on a regular cadence, build a reinforcement and measurement framework to track adoption and business impact, and partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps.
This role is ideal for an organized, AI-fluent learning designer who can turn ambiguity into actionable training, shape a function from day one, build credibility with Director and VP-level stakeholders, facilitate live training with senior audiences, work independently across time zones, adopt AI tools to accelerate content creation, and ship iteratively rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
Key responsibilities include: delivering live GTM and product launch training on schedule; localizing global enablement programs and messaging for regional markets; managing the training roadmap as product release velocity increases; running needs assessments with regional leaders; reinforcing selling skills and Command of the Message; building measurement frameworks to track adoption, behavior change, and impact on retention and ARR; and supporting additional business initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in GTM enablement, sales enablement, skills enablement, or L&D
- Proven experience delivering live training and facilitation to a global field organization at scale
- Track record of business partnering with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level and above), ideally in a regional or field-facing role
- Experience enabling an EMEA field organization across multiple markets and time zones
- Experience with both product/GTM enablement and skills or methodology enablement (discovery, consultative selling, messaging); Command of the Message experience is a plus
- Strong instructional and curriculum design skills, including adapting global content for regional relevance; instructional design certification is a plus
- Proficiency with enablement tech stacks (LMS, CRM, Canva, video editing, Google Suite) and comfort using AI/LLM tools
- Data literacy and ability to track adoption and measure behavioral and business impact of enablement
- Experience in high-growth, fast-changing product organizations is a plus
- Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS industry is a plus
