Chime is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join its Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), supporting the execution of high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives that shape the company's direction. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, operations, and compliance, driving the organizational backbone of mission-critical work.
In this role, you will lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs that are high-stakes and highly visible across Chime. You'll translate ambiguous company priorities into clear program strategies, milestones, decision paths, and execution plans. You'll own end-to-end cross-functional strategic projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, proactively identifying program risks and dependencies while partnering with stakeholders to mitigate issues before they impact outcomes.
Key responsibilities include building influential narratives and communicating them to drive buy-in and adoption, partnering directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability and accelerate progress on hard scaling initiatives, and leveraging AI and emerging tools to improve program management workflows, decision-making, and team effectiveness.
You'll thrive in influence-without-authority environments, managing change and multiple workstreams simultaneously. The role requires exceptional ability to devise simple, scalable solutions to complex problems, deep experience improving cross-functional operations and scaling systems, and a proven track record of effectively interacting with and presenting to C-Suite and senior leaders across different functions.
