Attuned Intelligence is automating patient access for community health centers and health systems using AI-powered voice agents. The company handles hundreds of thousands of calls monthly across multiple languages, routing patients to appropriate care teams and integrating with Epic for scheduling and appointment management. As Senior Program Manager for Customer Delivery, you will be the operational engine driving customer deployments and strategic partner programs. The role combines two core responsibilities: (1) getting every customer live by managing implementation cadence, timelines, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional alignment; and (2) ensuring long-term success by driving adoption, proving value, and maintaining momentum post-launch. You'll partner closely with Health Account Executives (who own commercial relationships) and the engineering team (who build AI agents). Your core job is ensuring every customer and partner program has clear owners, dates, next steps, and accountability—whether managing implementation milestones, customer data requests, partner SOWs, contracting handoffs, or procurement forms. Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end delivery with full visibility into timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies; building and maintaining clear implementation plans; partnering with AI Engineering to configure and tune agents; serving as the operational point of contact for customer and partner requests; identifying and resolving blockers; owning recurring customer meetings (standups, implementation reviews, executive business reviews); tracking post-launch adoption and agent performance; translating platform impact into customer outcomes (calls recovered, appointments booked, wait times reduced); building post-launch relationships that drive retention and renewal; surfacing expansion signals; building implementation playbooks as the customer base scales; creating lightweight tracking systems for owners, dates, and dependencies; surfacing product feedback; and proactively identifying operational gaps. You bring 3-7 years of experience in program management, project coordination, consulting, customer operations, or similar roles. You're exceptionally organized, with a track record of ensuring details, dates, owners, and next steps never slip. You have genuine customer instinct—building trust with senior stakeholders, sensing problems early, and steering difficult conversations toward positive outcomes. You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, comfortable running meetings with senior customer stakeholders and sending crisp follow-ups that keep work moving. You're a power user of AI tools like Claude and expect to leverage AI to move faster, draft better, and think through complex questions. You have a bias toward action and ownership, preferring to find solutions and move work forward rather than wait for instructions. You're comfortable working across sales, engineering, operations, customer stakeholders, and partner teams, translating effectively between them. Nice-to-have qualifications include healthcare industry experience or familiarity with EHR systems, particularly Epic.
