Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar healthcare technology solutions for enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), and large-scale system implementations (EHRs like Epic and Cerner). You will own project execution across scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management. Key responsibilities include managing Agile delivery frameworks at scale, translating complex healthcare and RCM requirements into actionable plans, developing project artifacts (charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans), and tracking progress via Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence. You'll proactively manage risks and issues, prepare governance reports and executive dashboards, coordinate across product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams, oversee production transitions, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. Required qualifications: 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in core program management within healthcare technology and Agile frameworks. Proven expertise in RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, value-based care models, and large system implementations. Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills. Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or related). Hands-on proficiency with JIRA (including complex JQL), Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally, and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) with prompt engineering experience. Familiarity with healthcare data formats (CCDA, HL7, FHIR), APIs, SQL, BI tools, and automation concepts. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Government healthcare program experience is a plus. Innovaccer offers competitive benefits including up to 40 days of leave, parental leave, sabbatical options, comprehensive health insurance, care vouchers for life events, and financial assistance programs.
