Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead efforts across the Warfighter Systems business line, which delivers cutting-edge wearable technology, immersive mission command tools, and integrated software-hardware ecosystems to enhance situational awareness, survivability, and combat effectiveness for military personnel. The role offers an exciting opportunity with initial focus on two critical areas: (1) financial management of a major program within the business line to ensure committed financial targets are met, and (2) leading planning for upcoming programs across multiple disciplines tied to the growth pipeline. Following these initial focus areas, the role expands to include program management of a product development program spanning hardware and software with high business impact and leadership visibility. As Senior PM, you will be accountable for overall program execution, serving as the primary customer interface and managing scope, schedule, and risks across multiple disciplines including product, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, logistics, and delivery. This is an opportunity to lead a critical program with significant impact on the company's growth and strategic positioning in the defense sector. Key responsibilities include: - Ensuring successful program execution and exceeding internal and external stakeholder expectations while meeting all contractual commitments - Demonstrating collaborative leadership by building trust with teams, customers, and peers while holding the cross-functional team accountable to business outcomes - Communicating effectively and confidently with customers and Anduril leadership - Managing overall program schedule including critical path tracking, schedule risk mitigations, and visibility to leadership and customers - Navigating customer change requests while maintaining program velocity and adhering to financial targets through scope management and change control - Ensuring decisions support current efforts and position the company for continued on-contract growth REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in defense or government contracting - Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale, complex programs across the product development lifecycle - Strong understanding of contracting processes and medium to large-scale program management - Financial acumen and experience working with cost control and finance stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to create and execute complex program schedules - Demonstrated ability to actively develop and execute an effective program risk management plan - Experience developing and executing communication strategies for high-visibility programs - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Willingness to travel as needed (up to 15%) - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with both hardware and software development lifecycles - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Experience managing program schedules using MS Project against a DCMA 14-point checklist - PMP certification or equivalent
