Salary: USD 140,000 - 157,000 / annual

Motive is seeking a Senior Program Manager for AI Operations to serve as the first dedicated product manager for AI-driven go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. You will be the connective tissue between Motive's Revenue organization (2000+ sellers) and technical teams, translating business use cases into AI solutions that improve sales productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between Revenue teams and Enterprise Systems engineers for all AI-related builds and deployments - Translate prioritized business use cases into technical requirements and user stories; maintain alignment on timelines, scope, and project plans - Establish and maintain processes and policies for AI usage across the organization in partnership with IT leadership - Own the internal development roadmap for AI agents, applications, and prompts; guide agile development cycles from intake through release and ongoing support - Collaborate with Revenue Developers on tactical agent, application, and prompt engineering to ensure built tools meet user requirements and business objectives - Model LLM operating costs (token burn, model selection, usage forecasts) and maintain spend within ROI targets - Create business cases to support Motive's AI investment priorities and guide roadmap prioritization - Coordinate vendor evaluations for GTM AI tools, including vetting, trial success criteria, and navigation of procurement/infosec/legal processes - Partner with business and data teams to identify and maintain high-quality data sources for AI solutions - Provide regular executive updates explaining technical concepts in business-focused language - Serve as a thought leader on AI within the GTM team, owning training processes and measuring adoption of launched AI tools Requirements: - 5+ years of product or program management experience, including at least 2 years working directly with engineering resources - 2+ years of hands-on proficiency with GenAI fundamentals: prompt engineering (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought), RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration - Ability to model LLM operating costs and keep spend within ROI targets - Experience creating business cases to justify internal tool investments - Fluency in Agile methodologies for AI: backlog triage, sprints, rapid A/B experiments, and post-release monitoring - Track record of steering cross-functional delivery and acting as connective tissue between business, technical, and procurement teams - Mixed business and technical background; ability to speak code with developers and understand nuanced business problems with sales teams
