Chime, a fintech company democratizing financial services, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for AI Enablement to lead cross-functional initiatives that embed AI as a trusted co-pilot across the organization. This is a program ownership role focused on moving employees from AI awareness to behavioral change and measurable productivity gains. You will own end-to-end AI enablement programs: designing operating cadences, activating stakeholders, and measuring fluency outcomes. The role requires deep problem diagnosis—understanding workflow bottlenecks before proposing solutions—and hands-on collaboration with Product, Engineering, BizOps, and People teams to build AI-enabled solutions. You'll establish health models upfront (success metrics, milestones, shared status surfaces) and design self-serve enablement resources like playbooks and golden paths that teams can adopt independently. Key responsibilities include driving adoption of AI tools, leading change management through training and communications, building governance into programs from inception, and measuring whether employees are actually working differently (fluency progression, adoption signals, productivity tied to company goals). You'll manage large, distributed programs without direct authority, keeping stakeholders activated and accountable through proactive communication. Required: 5+ years in program or project management in fast-paced tech; proven ability to take ambiguous problems and build structured programs around them; hands-on experience building or automating workflows with AI tools; history of driving behavior change, not just program completion; experience owning distributed programs without direct authority; and comfort defining program health models upfront. Preferred: ambassador/champion/CoE program experience; enablement, L&D, or change management background in tech; internal AI adoption experience; hands-on AI tooling proficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, Glean); product/business operations background; and knowledge of AI governance or Responsible AI principles.
