Zscaler is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join its Customer Success Organization in Escazú, Costa Rica. This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Professional Services and serves as a key field resource delivering deployment advisory services to enterprise customers implementing the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform.
You will own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements from discovery through go-live, configuring and deploying advanced Zscaler product features while migrating customers from legacy on-premises security technologies to the cloud-native zero trust platform. Your responsibilities include leading deployment advisory services, assisting with testing and troubleshooting, ensuring deliverables align with statements of work, and building deep technical expertise in Zscaler cloud services. You will travel to customer locations as needed for short-term engagements and collaborate closely with sales, technical account managers, and product teams.
The ideal candidate brings demonstrated consulting or professional services experience in enterprise networking or cloud security environments. You should have working knowledge of authentication systems (LDAP, Active Directory) and core networking protocols (IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS). You build deep empathy for enterprise customers, are energized by complex technical troubleshooting, and possess curiosity about cloud security technologies. You balance technical excellence with practical delivery, taking full ownership of customer outcomes and working seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
