Zscaler is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to deliver deployment advisory and implementation services for enterprise customers adopting the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform. You will focus on Zero Trust Cloud (ZTC), Cloud Connector, and cloud workload security solutions, working with customer Cloud, Network, and Security teams to design and deploy scalable architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end customer engagements from discovery and planning through design, deployment, validation, and go-live. You'll design and deploy Zero Trust Cloud and Cloud Connector solutions for cloud workloads, including Internet Egress, East-West traffic inspection, and hybrid connectivity. You will utilize Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to build scalable, repeatable deployments and develop technical deliverables aligned with Statements of Work and methodologies.
You'll lead technical workshops, deployment planning, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge-transfer sessions while collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering teams. You will build expertise across the evolving Zscaler portfolio, contribute to delivery improvements, and travel to customer locations as needed for short-term engagements.
You understand enterprise customers' cloud, networking, and security challenges and can translate complex requirements into practical solutions. You possess deep technical versatility across cloud infrastructure, networking technologies, and security platforms. You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex cloud connectivity and security challenges, taking end-to-end ownership of customer engagements while balancing deep technical expertise with efficient practical delivery. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with customer stakeholders and internal teams including sales, customer success, support, product, and engineering.
Required qualifications include consulting or professional services experience in enterprise networking, cloud security, or Zero Trust, with hands-on expertise designing and implementing Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform solutions. You must have practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and demonstrated curiosity about AI tools with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows and augment problem-solving.
