Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced autonomous systems and AI. The company is building Arsenal-1, a hyperscale manufacturing facility in Pickaway County, Ohio, to produce autonomous systems and weapons at unprecedented scale and speed. Roadrunner is Anduril's cutting-edge VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) counter-UAS interceptor designed for autonomous air defense operations. It rapidly detects, tracks, and neutralizes hostile unmanned aircraft systems to protect critical assets and personnel. As Senior Product Quality Engineer, you will define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high-quality, reliable products for the Roadrunner platform with potential career growth across Anduril's product portfolio. This role bridges manufacturing, product development, subsystem performance, and continuous improvement of fielded vehicles. Key responsibilities include: - Drive product improvement by implementing data collection and incident reporting processes that inform design reviews, process development, verification, validation, and qualification activities - Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations for field and reliability issues, sharing lessons learned across the product team - Champion the transition from new product introduction (NPI) to sustainable, predictable customer experiences - Own product risk elimination to improve reliability across the entire product lifecycle, from concept through development, manufacturing, and field use - Define and improve product and process requirements, ensuring execution across the organization - Lead product health data analysis and establish metrics for measuring quality and predictive performance factors - Work cross-functionally to define and execute the product roadmap - Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and required documentation - Support investigations, initiatives, and projects at team and organizational levels This role is ideal for someone who loves building world-class quality processes, working hands-on, and being accountable for results in a mission-critical defense environment.
