Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to drive quality and reliability for the Eagle Eye product within the Connected Warfare family. This role bridges design engineering, manufacturing, production, and testing teams in a fast-paced hardware environment. Key responsibilities include: - Establish and execute quality strategies for critical subsystems including PCBAs, ruggedized cables, camera modules, and optics - Drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions (RCCA) to resolve production quality issues - Lead process risk-mitigation activities including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and qualification of processes, parts, and complete systems - Champion the transition from new product introduction (NPI) to sustainable, high-rate manufacturing - Own product risk elimination across the entire lifecycle—from concept through development, manufacturing, and field use - Define and improve product and process requirements - Lead Material Review Board (MRB) activities and share lessons learned across teams - Analyze product health data and establish metrics for measuring quality performance - Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and required documentation - Work cross-functionally to define and execute the product roadmap Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, with experience in engineering, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, or quality roles in connected devices, automotive, consumer electronics, aerospace/defense, or similar hardware. Candidates must have working knowledge of PCBA design review, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and GD&T. Experience with mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing processes, data analysis tools (JMP, MiniTab, MatLab), and the ability to obtain a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance are required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, 5-7 years developing quality systems for low-volume complex manufacturing, familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 standards, IPC standards knowledge, government contract experience, and proficiency with tools like Teamcenter, SolidWorks, Jira, Tableau, and Altium.
