Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services by combining frontier agentic AI with enterprise-grade infrastructure and deep domain expertise. As Senior Product Operations Manager, Data, you'll serve as the connective tissue between data product surfaces, Engineering, GTM, and external technology partners—ensuring customer and partner signals translate into fast, coordinated action.
You'll own intake and triage for feature requests and data issues, managing the full lifecycle from customer signal to resolution. This includes assessing severity and impact of customer-reported problems, coordinating resolution across teams, and ensuring timely communication. You'll manage relationships with external technology partners, overseeing onboarding, ongoing operations, issue resolution, and delivery quality to keep data pipelines reliable for law firms and in-house legal teams.
You'll plan and execute early-access programs for new features, handling customer selection, onboarding, feedback collection, usage analysis, and launch recommendations. Cross-functional launch coordination is core to the role—tracking dependencies, validating operational readiness, surfacing risks, and keeping high-priority initiatives on track.
You'll translate customer, partner, and internal feedback into clear requirements, prioritized workstreams, and actionable recommendations. Creating and maintaining documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials helps internal teams communicate and operate effectively. You'll identify recurring operational challenges and implement lightweight systems, automation, and processes that enable scaling without heavy bureaucracy.
This role requires comfort moving between technical weeds and leadership briefings. You need 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Technical Program Management, or related operational roles at high-growth tech or SaaS companies, ideally supporting data, integrations, or technical product surfaces. You should have proven experience triaging and prioritizing inbound requests at volume, engaging directly with data and technical issues to assess impact, managing external vendor relationships, and running early-access or beta programs. Strong written communication is essential—you translate messy feedback into clear, usable requirements. You drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and GTM without direct authority, and you bias toward lightweight systems over heavy processes.
