Linktree is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth to lead the company's monetization strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role with significant organizational influence, reporting to senior leadership and shaping long-term product and commercial strategy. In this role, you will: **Set Revenue Product Marketing Strategy** Own and evolve the long-term product marketing strategy for Linktree's monetization ecosystem, spanning subscriptions, add-ons, new revenue products, and future pricing and packaging initiatives. Define the positioning architecture and messaging strategy for Linktree's paid ecosystem, creating a cohesive narrative that communicates value across user segments, markets, creator verticals, and products. Shape the strategic narrative for how Linktree evolves from a free product into a platform users see increasing value in investing in as their needs grow. Translate customer insight, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and business priorities into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Identify emerging opportunities across Linktree's revenue ecosystem and influence where Product and Growth teams invest. **Shape Pricing, Packaging, and Monetization Strategy** Serve as a strategic partner to Product, Growth, Finance, and Executive Leadership on pricing, packaging, bundling, and monetization decisions. Bring the customer and market perspective into strategic decisions well before products reach market, influencing what gets built, who it's built for, and how value is created and captured. Lead customer segmentation, willingness-to-pay research, competitive analysis, and value-based positioning to inform major monetization decisions. Establish repeatable frameworks for evaluating pricing changes, packaging opportunities, and emerging revenue products. Help leadership navigate complex monetization tradeoffs by connecting customer needs, market dynamics, product strategy, and commercial impact. **Lead Monetization Go-to-Market Strategy** Set the GTM strategy for Linktree's most significant revenue initiatives across the customer lifecycle. Determine audience prioritization, positioning, messaging hierarchy, channel strategy, launch approach, and success metrics for new subscription offerings and monetization features. Partner across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth, Brand, Paid, Creative, Data, and Finance to translate strategy into cohesive customer experiences. Lead executive-level launch readiness for high-priority monetization initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned around the customer, narrative, commercial opportunity, and measures of success. Build scalable GTM frameworks that improve how Linktree brings revenue products to market over time. **Elevate In-Product Monetization Experience** Partner deeply with Product and Design to shape how monetization experiences are designed and introduced within the product. Define principles and messaging frameworks that guide upgrade journeys, pricing surfaces, onboarding, experimentation, feature gating, and conversion optimization. As one of the most senior individual contributors within Product Marketing, you will have significant influence on product and company strategy, serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, and mentor other product marketers.
