AiPrise is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, launches, and customer proof for its AI-powered compliance platform. You'll be the bridge between marketing and product, translating the roadmap into market narratives that resonate with compliance leaders—buyers with 15+ years of domain expertise who purchase on evidence, not marketing language. Key responsibilities include: - End-to-end product launches: positioning, messaging, launch pages, one-pagers, demo storylines, video briefs, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution - Platform and product positioning: developing core narratives and messaging frameworks that serve as a single source of truth across the company - Product partnership: participating in roadmap and release planning, maintaining visibility into upcoming features, and feeding market, customer, and competitive insights back to product - Customer proof engine: building and running a systematic process to convert customer outcomes into published case studies, testimonials, and validated statistics; managing reference customer relationships, conducting interviews, and maintaining an approved-claims library - Asset production: briefing and partnering with content, design, and video teams on launch materials, comparison pages, and product videos - Competitive intelligence: developing comparison pages and battlecards that sales actually uses, identifying win/loss patterns - Sales enablement: creating and maintaining decks, one-pagers, objection-handling frameworks, and proof libraries as the product evolves - Market research: conducting win/loss analyses, customer conversations, and tracking regulatory shifts to inform positioning and product decisions You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work directly with founders, product, sales, customer success, and customers. The role is fast-paced, high-ownership, and emphasizes quality and accuracy. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years in product marketing for B2B software, ideally sold to technical or regulated buyers - Proven track record owning launches from positioning through enablement with documented results - Strong collaboration experience with product teams; ability to read specs and extract narratives from roadmap reviews - Excellent writing skills; ability to distill complex products and skeptical buyer concerns into compelling, concise messaging - Experience building repeatable, scalable processes (customer reference programs, launch playbooks, approved-claims libraries) that operate independently - Comfort engaging directly with compliance leaders to secure quotes and data - Non-negotiable commitment to accuracy: all published statistics must be sourced and defensible - Strong working relationship with sales teams; preference for enablement that gets used over aesthetically polished materials - High ownership, autonomy, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment NICE TO HAVE: - Background in compliance, KYB/KYC, AML, fraud, payments, or identity - Experience marketing AI products to skeptical buyers - Experience building competitive and comparison programs
