Salary: CAD 145,900 - 197,400 / annual
Jobber is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its rapidly-growing Voice AI product line, specifically Receptionist—a conversational AI system that answers calls, books jobs, and manages follow-ups for small service businesses in trades like plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and cleaning. In under two years, Receptionist has grown from zero to a multi-million-dollar run-rate business, handling thousands of calls weekly for field service professionals who cannot afford to miss customer contact.
You will own the product strategy and execution for Jobber's Voice products, tasked with scaling Receptionist from early adopters to mainstream adoption across Jobber's customer base. The role involves defining and executing a roadmap that evolves the product from a simple receptionist tool into a comprehensive office manager—handling call answering, message taking, job booking, quote follow-up, customer callbacks, and internal action triggers within Jobber's platform.
Key responsibilities include: translating market and customer data into product decisions; balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation; collaborating with Voice AI, telephony, and communications domain experts; acting as the voice of the customer (especially small business owners and office managers); and laying the foundation for a multi-product communications strategy as the team and business scale.
Required qualifications: demonstrated ownership of a revenue line (attach rate, pricing, or packaging); shipped and improved production LLM or ML features; sufficient technical depth to partner on model, prompt, and pipeline architecture; senior-level product management experience with evidence of shipping and long-term outcomes.
Highly desired: background in telephony or contact center technology (SIP, IVR, call routing, carrier/number registration); consumer-facing conversational product experience; vertical SaaS, SMB, or home/field services familiarity; experience scaling products from 0 to 1 and beyond.
