Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 / annual

You will own the Treasury domain—a high-leverage product area covering capital calls, distributions, wire and ACH orchestration, bank connectivity, and reconciliation workflows. This is a strategic role where you will define vision and multi-quarter roadmap, ship end-to-end solutions, and drive adoption across fund managers and their investors.
Key responsibilities:
- Shape the Treasury roadmap: define vision, sequence investments across reliability, workflow improvements, and new capability bets
- Ship end-to-end: take problems from discovery through delivery, plan projects, document requirements, and motivate engineering with clear context
- Talk to customers: spend meaningful time with fund administration teams and GPs to sharpen strategic direction
- Lead cross-functionally: partner with engineering, design, compliance, and executives to align on strategy and execution
- Build AI-native workflows: own product direction for agentic document ingestion, automated matching, exception flagging, and generative summaries
- Simplify complexity: tackle hard problems in treasury operations—regulatory scrutiny, money-movement stakes, legacy integrations, reconciliation—and deliver simple solutions
AI fluency is a baseline expectation. You should be comfortable using LLMs, Cursor, and Claude to prototype workflows, synthesize customer feedback, and draft specifications. The expectation is sound judgment about what drives the best outcome for customers and the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-have:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS with a significant portfolio of shipped work across the full development lifecycle
- Proven experience owning a complex product area end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and iteration, ideally in a data-heavy or workflow-heavy domain
- Fluency with modern AI tooling: comfort with LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code; ability to run your own prototypes and use AI to get to answers faster than traditional PM workflows
- Track record shipping AI-driven features with strong attention to trust, explainability, accuracy, and error states, especially in high-stakes domains
- Demonstrated autonomy: able to set vision, build roadmaps, define KPIs, and execute with minimal guidance while coordinating engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product decisions clearly to engineers, designers, executives, and customers
Nice-to-have:
- Background in treasury, payments, banking, or fund administration (Fintech experience strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with bank connectivity, ACH/wire orchestration, reconciliation workflows, or general-ledger/ERP integrations
- Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features with real evaluation and monitoring discipline
