Via is transforming transportation globally through technology, serving public sector transit agencies, municipalities, and governments. As Senior Product Manager for Transit Operations, you will lead the expansion of Via's industry-leading transit dispatch platform from on-demand transit into paratransit, school buses, and fixed-route services. You'll work with stakeholders across geographies and time zones to ensure product development remains focused and impactful, balancing MVP delivery with world-class product quality. This role requires vision, empathy, and sensitivity to the communities served—especially low-income and minority communities. You will be instrumental in helping transit agencies achieve their mission of equitable transportation while scaling products that impact hundreds of thousands of riders weekly.
