N26 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Runtime Platform segment, a critical infrastructure layer that powers the bank's cloud infrastructure, compliance, and scalability. The Runtime Platform serves internal engineering teams across N26 and consists of three engineering groups managing cloud accounts, control plane, data plane, networks, infrastructure-as-code, compute, traffic, streaming, and governance layers.
In this role, you will own the product strategy and evolution of the Runtime Platform, including build-vs-buy decisions and global rollout. You'll work closely with internal customers—product and engineering teams building on top of the platform—to deeply understand their needs and identify product improvements that unlock their success. You'll identify inefficiencies in N26's infrastructure and tooling, then design solutions that enable product, engineering, and design teams to maximize impact.
You'll serve as the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders (Bank, Legal, Compliance, commercial teams), clearly communicating the product vision and ensuring alignment. As a decision-maker, you'll set goals, priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations using analytics, user feedback, and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience building internal tools and developer-facing products
- Track record of building scalable, efficient products in mature environments
- Strong technical understanding and exposure to emerging cloud computing trends
- Deep knowledge of product lifecycle and how infrastructure products enable other teams
- Strong analytical thinking; ability to use data and customer insights to drive decisions
- Extensive experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional engineering teams
