The company employs 1,700 people across 80+ nationalities with a strong commitment to diversity and merit-based hiring. The role requires comfort with platform thinking—building a product that every other team contributes to and depends on. Qonto emphasizes AI integration across the organization, with all employees having unlimited access to AI tools. The company values experimentation, pushing AI beyond obvious applications, and knowing when to trust and when to question AI outputs. REQUIREMENTS: - Solid product management experience with demonstrated ability to own a product that multiple teams contribute to - Strong stakeholder management and influence skills; proven ability to align several teams around a shared product without hierarchical authority - Clear communication with PMs, engineers, and senior stakeholders - API and technical sensitivity: experience with APIs, integrations, platforms, or developer-facing products, OR demonstrated ability to learn technical topics quickly - Comfort getting hands-on with API documentation and working closely with engineers - Nice to have: fintech, payments, or partner-integration background; curiosity about AI tools and vibe coding
