Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product-led growth (PLG) strategy across France, Germany, and Italy. You will own the end-to-end acquisition funnel—from freemium offer design through subscription and in-product upsell—with the goal of scaling ARR while reducing customer acquisition cost for healthcare practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the freemium offer: determine what features are free, metered, or demo-only, and design conversion paths that move practitioners to paid plans
- Improve the subscription funnel for new business and upsell across web and in-product surfaces, including checkout and sign-up flows
- Design in-product flows that upgrade existing customers to higher-value plans
- Define acquisition-side packaging: offer catalog, eligibility rules, and contract signature workflows across three countries
- Lead marketing-led growth initiatives (lead generation, B2B website conversion, lifecycle marketing) and connect them to the product funnel
- Set cross-team direction with product marketing managers and other counterparts, deciding when to pursue autonomous conversion versus routing users to sales as product-qualified leads, offer by offer and country by country
You will work in a regulated healthcare environment with multi-country pricing and packaging constraints. The role requires strong cross-functional influence without direct people management.
Requirements:
- Proven ownership of PLG conversion, ARR, or CAC metrics as a primary objective in B2B SaaS at scale; ability to quantify impact with baseline and timeframe
- Experience scaling product-led growth alongside a sales motion; demonstrated ability to decide between autonomous conversion and sales handoff on a per-offer basis
- Data literacy: read data independently, define funnel measurement from scratch, make decisions via experimentation rather than opinion
- Strong product judgment on pricing, packaging, eligibility, and freemium boundaries; experience working within regulated environments with consent and country-specific constraints
- Ability to set direction for teams you do not manage and move metrics across cross-functional chains
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience owning both product-led and marketing-led growth, connecting lifecycle, attribution, or lead scoring to the product funnel
- Multi-country pricing or packaging experience
- Background in regulated or healthcare contexts
