Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a major product domain or complex population health workflow within Atlas, their Population Health platform. You will shape multi-quarter product strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions that deliver measurable healthcare and business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
• Own an end-to-end product domain or major population health workflow, defining strategy, roadmap, PRDs, and prioritization
• Lead customer and market discovery across healthcare stakeholders to identify unmet needs and validate solutions
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical, and domain teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, intuitive product experiences
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes and operational efficiency
• Work directly with enterprise customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand challenges, validate product direction, and drive adoption
• Collaborate with GTM, Customer Success, and Solutions teams on launches, positioning, implementations, and strategic customer engagements
• Define and track metrics for adoption, workflow efficiency, customer value, retention, growth, and business impact
• Serve as a product thought partner to senior leadership and influence decisions across complex stakeholder groups
• Establish strong discovery, prioritization, execution, and measurement practices across your owned domain
• Mentor Product Managers and contribute to raising the overall product-management bar

REQUIREMENTS:
• 7–10+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
• Strong understanding of US healthcare, preferably across population health and value-based care
• Proven experience owning complex products with multiple stakeholders, workflows, dependencies, and customer segments
• Strong customer discovery, product strategy, prioritization, execution, and analytical skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and make decisions without direct authority
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and executive communication skills
