As Senior Product Manager for Marketing Technology, you will drive end-to-end product ownership for a squad, sitting at the intersection of user needs, business strategy, and technical execution. You will own the strategy for DailyPay's marketing technology stack, defining how the company scales personalized, data-driven experiences across every channel. You'll partner with Growth Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to surface what's driving or blocking engagement, and you are responsible for the end-to-end connection of contact points to users over their lifetime. Key responsibilities include: - Own full business outcomes for your squad, including discovery, KPIs, Go-to-Market strategy, and post-launch iteration - Build and maintain a transparent product roadmap aligned with business outcomes and strategic goals - Define long-term product vision for your feature area in partnership with design and engineering leads - Execute rigorous discovery processes using frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), problem framing, and assumption testing - Analyze A/B test results and experimentation data to derive actionable insights and drive product decisions - Act as the primary voice for your squad in planning forums, articulating priorities and navigating trade-offs - Support the growth of the product organization by mentoring L1/L2 PMs through pairing and feedback - Proactively surface user insights and market signals to influence high-level product strategy Requirements: - 4–7 years of product management experience with demonstrated squad-level ownership and impact - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making - Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision while maintaining high velocity - Track record of shipping impactful features and successfully measuring outcomes against original goals - Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including ability to present compelling narratives to senior leadership - Familiarity with building or managing a Martech stack in a regulated industry or with sensitive user communications is a plus - Experience partnering with data science or ML teams to operationalize personalization at scale and channel routing is a significant plus
