ClearJet is a Series B parcel logistics company that unlocks underutilized capacity in existing shipping networks to move packages faster and cheaper than incumbents. You will own ClearJet OS, the internal platform that operations, support, and admin teams use to run the business.
In this role, you will own the internal product surface end to end, including ops tooling, admin workflows, and the systems that teams work in daily. You will identify where operations time and errors accumulate, then rebuild those workflows to improve efficiency. A key focus is identifying opportunities where AI can remove manual work—such as automated exception handling, intelligent routing and triage, and agent-assisted support—and shipping those solutions.
You will own design for these surfaces yourself, leveraging AI tools to move fast. You will ship weekly with engineering and iterate based on how the tools are actually used in practice. Close partnership with ops and support leadership is essential; they are your primary users and your best source of signal for what matters most.
The company is lean and execution-focused. As ClearJet scales, the leverage comes not from adding headcount but from better tooling and smart automation. This role is about building that leverage through thoughtful internal product design.
