Yoodli is a venture-backed AI company ($60M raised, $300M valuation, 900% YoY revenue growth) building an AI Coach that helps professionals improve their careers. The company is headquartered in Seattle and backed by WestBridge Capital, Madrona, and others. Customers include Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, RingCentral, and SAP, with learners in over 150 countries.
You will own B2C growth and serve as the front end of the enterprise business. Your core accountability spans the full funnel: growing self-serve signups and B2C MRR, then converting B2C customers into a reliable source of enterprise pipeline. You'll drive individuals to moments of real value quickly, facilitate peer adoption, and help convert users to B2B accounts.
Key ownership areas:
- Acquisition: top-of-funnel optimization across organic, SEO, GEO, and sharing loops, targeting users whose employers could become customers
- Activation: first-session experience—get users to a recording, feedback, and a reason to return within minutes
- Monetization: pricing, packaging, paywall placement, and free-to-paid upgrade paths
- Retention and habit: onboarding, lifecycle messaging, streaks, reminders, and resurrection campaigns
- Enterprise handoff: detect company-level usage clusters, build in-product motions (invites, shared workspaces), and route qualified accounts to sales with context
- Experiment system: own the roadmap, instrumentation, and testing cadence; call results and drive learning
This is a hands-on role at a fast-moving company. You'll build prototypes, run experiments, analyze data directly, and sit close to engineering, design, marketing, and sales. The culture values failing fast, iterating constantly, and taking bold bets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product management with real ownership of a growth or self-serve surface at consumer scale; accountable for funnel metrics, not adjacent to them
- Track record of experiments that moved numbers; honesty about experiments that didn't
- Fluency with data: write your own queries, recognize bad tests, assess result significance without analyst support
- Strong product judgment and prioritization; ability to say no to good ideas for better ones
- Ability to move quickly with AI: prototype, create skills to handle tasks efficiently, submit small PRs
- Technical depth to work directly with engineers on tradeoffs, instrumentation, and scope
- Comfort operating without full support structure: QA, user conversations, unblocking work outside job description
- Passion for building AI products that empower humans rather than replace them
- Able to be on-site in Seattle three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
Bonus:
- Experience running PLG motions where self-serve fed enterprise sales; knowledge of where handoffs break
- Pricing and packaging changes on live subscription products
- Consumer AI products with variable output quality
- SEO, GEO, or content-led growth background
