As Senior Product Manager for Global Banking & Stablecoins, you will own the end-to-end product experience for multi-currency accounts and cross-border payments. This is a 0→1 role focused on building products that let US and international businesses receive, hold, and pay in multiple currencies including stablecoins.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the global accounts product surface: multi-currency wallets, stablecoins, on/off-ramps, and cross-border payouts
- Deciding how stablecoins are presented in the product experience—abstracting complexity for customers who want simple dollars, while exposing options for those who want stablecoin functionality
- Shipping cross-border supplier payments that outperform SWIFT on speed, cost, and user experience
- Defining flow-of-funds and product constructs by entity type and corridor, working closely with compliance and legal on KYB, onboarding, yield eligibility, and account protections
- Driving adoption and monetization through international deposits, FX and cross-border payment revenue, and card/payments volume
- Running continuous customer insight loops with brands, suppliers, and international sellers to inform product decisions
- Contributing to product narrative and positioning for Highbeam's global expansion
- Expanding scope to own broader fintech offerings once global accounts are mature
The role is based in Highbeam's NoHo, NYC office and requires in-person collaboration with a high-performing team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4–6 years of PM experience; early-stage operator (PM #1–5 at Series A–C companies)
- Shipped cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, or stablecoin products as the core experience
- Fluent in money movement: ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP, local rails, FX, stablecoin on/off-ramps, and flow-of-funds design
- Hands-on experience with sponsor banks, BaaS providers, or payments partners, including diligence, commercial tradeoffs, and integration
- Working knowledge of KYB/KYC, AML, money transmission, and the evolving US stablecoin regulatory landscape
- Strong product builder: writes specs, QAs builds, ships end-to-end
- Comfortable with AI tools for iteration and product validation
- Bonus: experience serving international sellers, marketplaces, or ecommerce brands
