Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale its acquisition engine and monetization strategy across France, Germany, and Italy. You will own the end-to-end product-led and marketing-led growth funnel, from freemium offer design through subscription and in-product upsell, with direct accountability for growing ARR while reducing customer acquisition cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Doctolib Free freemium offering: define what is free, metered, or demo-only, and design conversion paths that move practitioners to paid plans
- Improve the subscription funnel for new business and upsell across web and in-product surfaces, including checkout and sign-up unification
- Design and optimize every in-product flow that moves existing customers to higher-value plans
- Define acquisition-side packaging: offer catalogue, eligibility rules, and contract signature flows across France, Germany, and Italy
- Lead marketing-led growth initiatives including lead generation, B2B website conversion, and lifecycle marketing, connecting them to the core product funnel
- Set cross-team direction with product marketing managers and counterparts, deciding offer-by-offer and country-by-country when to pursue autonomous conversion versus routing users to sales as product-qualified leads
You will work in a healthcare context where regulatory compliance, consent management, and country-specific constraints are critical considerations.
Requirements:
- Proven ownership of a PLG conversion, ARR, or CAC metric as a primary objective in B2B SaaS at scale, with quantifiable results (baseline, movement, timeframe)
- Experience scaling product-led growth alongside a sales motion, with ability to articulate the decision framework between autonomous conversion and sales handoff
- Strong data literacy: read data independently, define funnel measurement from scratch, and make decisions based on experiments rather than opinion
- Solid product judgment on pricing, packaging, eligibility, and freemium boundaries, with experience working in regulated environments
- Ability to set direction for cross-functional teams you do not directly manage and move metrics across complex organizational chains
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience owning both product-led and marketing-led growth, connecting lifecycle, attribution, or lead scoring to product funnels
- Multi-country pricing or packaging experience
- Background in regulated or healthcare industries
