Qogita is building an operating system to digitize and automate the wholesale supply chain, a $50 trillion market that still operates largely offline. The company has achieved 95% transaction automation and AI agents resolve over 90% of unique issues with zero human intervention. The business is doubling annually. You will own one major surface end-to-end as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for strategy, specifications, and outcomes. Potential ownership areas include: **Autonomous Procurement Layer**: AI agents that monitor price movements across supplier feeds, forecast demand, raise purchase orders, and handle routine supplier communications. The core operational work is automated; the challenge is handling edge cases, accuracy, and auditability before software commits company money. **Price and Supply Intelligence**: Leverage market-wide visibility into pricing, availability, and demand that no individual participant possesses. Decide whether this remains an internal tool or becomes a paid offering for brands and large buyers. **Catalogue and Trust**: Manage matching, deduplication, authenticity verification, and supplier reliability scoring across hundreds of thousands of SKUs. This foundational work underpins everything else. **Buyer Economics**: Own financing, terms, replenishment, and retention levers that determine whether independent retailers remain viable long-term. You will work from economic and physical truth—units, margins, lead times, cash cycles, failure rates—rather than industry convention. You'll question whether processes should exist before automating them, do your own analysis using warehouse data, and sit with operations and suppliers to build judgment beyond dashboards. You'll ship weekly, make reversible decisions in hours, and work directly with engineers, designers, data scientists, and commercial teams in-person. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of product management experience - Demonstrated track record shipping products that moved a measurable metric at scale, with ability to explain why it worked - Strong numeracy and SQL proficiency; comfortable estimating outcomes before building and typically within an order of magnitude - Deep understanding of systems and data models; engineers take you seriously in your first week - Ability to argue hard in the room and commit to decisions, even when you disagree - Ownership mentality: if something is broken and nobody owns it, you own it - Judgment about AI agents doing commercial work with limited supervision; understanding this as a different risk model, not just a feature **Nice to have:** - Product experience in marketplaces, eCommerce, logistics, fintech, or domains with real money and real physics - Depth in one of the core surfaces: autonomous procurement and agents, price and supply intelligence, catalogue and trust, or buyer economics **Not a fit if:** - You describe your role as gathering requirements or managing stakeholders - You need consensus before moving - You want a stable roadmap and clean lines of responsibility - You prefer being right in retrospectives over before the build - You require full remote work (this role requires in-office presence)
