Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered core services and frameworks for the Veeva China CRM platform. This is a strategic role focused on building a scalable, developer-friendly platform that injects AI and intelligent capabilities across the life sciences industry.
You will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core CRM platform with emphasis on AI and intelligent services. You own the full product lifecycle of platform services, from concept and strategic planning through execution with engineering teams. Your responsibilities include translating complex business challenges and developer requirements into scalable, innovative platform strategies; defining and optimizing core platform services to support intelligent applications with high reliability and performance; and defining agent integration capabilities including agent interactions with enterprise systems, agent-to-agent collaboration via open protocols (MCP, A2A), and third-party/custom agent onboarding.
You will partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery. Veeva operates as a Work Anywhere company, supporting flexibility to work from home or in office.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience with significant background in platform products, AI Agents, APIs, or developer frameworks
- Strong technical background: Computer Science degree or hands-on software development experience required
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks
- Strong passion for product quality with mature product design capabilities; ability to translate complex technical features into intuitive platform services
- Exceptional skills in analyzing customer and developer needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to partner with deep technical engineering teams
- Fast learner capable of quickly mastering complex technical architectures and domain-specific business knowledge
