Paraform is building the global talent infrastructure to modernize hiring. The company operates an end-to-end AI recruiting marketplace connecting companies with specialized recruiters and AI agents. With ~$900B spent annually on recruiting and the process still broken, Paraform captures proprietary hiring data at scale to power agentic systems that make hiring faster, smarter, and more precise. The company has 20 engineers, over 9 figures in revenue, and is backed by Scale, Felicis, A*, BOND, Liquid 2, DST Global, and founders from YouTube, Instacart, and Canva. As a Senior Product Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and business. You'll have autonomy to discover problems worth solving, design solutions, and own outcomes end-to-end. The role spans three major product areas: 1. Marketplace: Build systems that acquire and match candidates at scale. Improve experiences for companies and recruiters, and work toward a self-sustaining marketplace. 2. AI Matching: Leverage proprietary platform data to build agentic recruiting systems that surface strong matches between candidates, companies, and recruiters. 3. Recruiting OS: Build tools that make Paraform the place where recruiters do their best work, including Recruiter CRM, AI-assisted workflows, and deep integrations that remove friction. You'll work on problems with enormous surface area and compounding challenges. Your work directly shapes how companies hire and how thousands of people find their next role. The company grew revenue 8× last year and counts industry leaders like Decagon, Palantir, Rippling, Abridge, and Hightouch as customers. Required Qualifications: - Product-minded: Form strong opinions about what to build and why, informed by user behavior, data, and first-principles thinking - Business-minded: Think about impact in terms of revenue, retention, and market dynamics, not just shipped features - Technically sharp: Move fast across the stack without sacrificing quality where it matters - High ownership: Identify what needs to exist, make the plan, and go build it
