Salary: USD 128,900 - 219,100 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Industries Technology team, which creates industry-specific products and experiences enabling organizations to operate more efficiently and deliver better outcomes. This role is part of the Product Design team, which collaborates closely with engineering and product management from the outset to create user-centered product experiences.
In this position, you will develop innovative design solutions and world-class product experiences that transform how people work globally. You will drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth understanding of user needs and design principles. Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will champion your design approach, reconcile feedback from various stakeholders, and provide input in a collaborative environment. You will also have opportunities to grow your leadership skills through coaching and mentoring other team members.
The Industries Technology team tackles complex workflows, uncovers customer needs, and helps define the next generation of intelligent, AI-native experiences. Success requires strong communication, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to balance systems thinking with exceptional attention to detail. You will work on transforming complexity into clarity for enterprise software users.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of relevant design experience
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions based on human-centered design and research data
- Strong experience with design tools to create comprehensive high-fidelity design solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility as part of a larger system or product
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication
- A growth mindset, continually strengthening core skills through complex assignments and varied experience
- Preferred: Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
