Bridgit is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for one or more product areas, from problem framing and discovery through shipped UI and post-launch iteration. You'll work alongside product and engineering from the first conversation, shaping the problem, the solution, and what ships. You'll go from idea to working prototype quickly and test as you go. Key responsibilities include: - Own end-to-end design for product areas, from problem framing through shipped UI and iteration - Work AI-first every day, using AI tools across your entire workflow: synthesizing research, exploring concepts, generating working prototypes, and testing ideas with real data - Lead the shift to an AI-native design process for the team, identifying where AI removes busywork, speeds up discovery, and enables testing more ideas - Shape how the team runs discovery, critique, research, and handoff; grow the design system into a foundation that scales with the product - Build and ship: create working prototypes and contribute directly to front-end code when it accelerates delivery - Shape strategy and roadmap decisions, weigh technical tradeoffs with engineers, and bring a point of view on what to build and why - Lead customer interviews, site visits, usability tests, and workflow mapping to deeply understand how operations leaders plan and make decisions - Use product analytics and customer feedback to validate decisions, find friction, and iterate on solutions Requirements: - 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of shipping complex products alongside engineers and product managers - Portfolio demonstrating depth and ownership, with clear examples of problem framing, research, design rationale, and measurable outcomes (not just polished screens) - AI is already part of your workflow: you use tools like Claude, Cursor, Figma Make, v0, or similar daily, and can demonstrate how they've changed your process, speed, and output - Product builder mindset: comfortable prototyping in AI coding tools, naturally thinking about feasibility, data, and business impact alongside UX - Fluency in complex, data-heavy domains; ability to bring structure and clarity to information-dense workflows - Systems thinker who sees how individual decisions ripple across flows, edge cases, and the broader product - Low ego, high standards: share work early, welcome critique, treat iteration as the job - Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale to engineers, PMs, executives, and customers - Energized by ambiguity; thrive where priorities shift and problems don't come with a brief - Self-driven commitment to continuous learning as product and customer needs evolve - Creative problem-solving skills resulting in practical and innovative solutions - Excellent communication skills explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders - Curious mindset and agile approach, able to adapt in a dynamic environment Bonus: experience in construction, workforce management, complex operational systems, or HR tech; history of building or scaling a design system; or experience establishing design practices at a growing company.
