Little Journey is building Trial Flow, a participant support platform that simplifies the clinical trial experience for participants and caregivers worldwide. The Senior Product Content Manager will lead the company's content strategy and execution across written, audio, video, and product UI experiences for diverse audiences including children, teenagers, caregivers, and adult participants.
You will own the end-to-end content capability, developing strategy, standards, and governance that enable high-quality, scalable content delivery. This includes designing content experiences, establishing approval processes, managing complex content lifecycles from conception through clinical review, publishing, localization, and archival. You will be accountable for content effectiveness and will work closely with Product, Design, Clinical, and Delivery teams to align content with participant needs, product goals, and business priorities.
The role includes line management of a Content Coordination Manager and Localization Manager, oversight of freelancers and external contributors, and collaboration with internal subject matter experts. You will balance strategic direction-setting with hands-on execution, potentially experimenting with AI prompts and workflows, improving processes, and tackling complex content challenges directly.
Key responsibilities span content strategy and experience (developing strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, driving commercially sustainable approaches, refining guidelines, evolving content experiences, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, and developing AI-assisted content generation); content quality and delivery (owning content delivery timelines and budgets, establishing governance and approval processes, managing content lifecycles, providing content judgment on competing requirements, and improving processes through automation and reuse); localization (ensuring localization capability delivers quality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness); influencing and collaboration (managing and developing team members, working with client stakeholders, commissioning external contributors, and creating alignment across the organization); and measurement (defining content effectiveness metrics, using data to identify improvements, and measuring impact of changes).
