Scopely is seeking a Senior Producer to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team in Dublin on a hybrid basis. Star Trek Fleet Command is a top-10 grossing 4X MMO launched in 2018, consistently delivering updates to hundreds of thousands of players worldwide.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate multi-disciplined development teams through the full lifecycle of game updates and features—from concept through delivery. You'll manage production workflows, facilitate cross-functional collaboration between art, engineering, and product teams, and ensure teams have the resources and clarity needed to succeed. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and aligning project teams around individual and shared delivery goals
• Managing production coordination, triage, and release planning across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Working directly with feature and content teams to drive quality output and maintain healthy team cultures
• Gathering requirements, identifying dependencies, and planning team capacity in partnership with product and art leadership
• Tracking project status and progress to ensure on-time delivery to players
• Iterating on team processes (retrospectives, sprint planning) to continuously improve studio operations
• Contributing as an active member of the broader Star Trek Fleet Command features leadership team
You'll mentor and support other producers, help shape how the game team operates, and make a direct impact on the daily experience of hundreds of thousands of players.
Required experience: extensive background in game development teams, proven track record on live game titles with complex interdependencies, content production experience, strong Agile and JIRA proficiency, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and demonstrated ability to prioritize rapidly and facilitate organization across teams. You should be highly structured, detail-oriented, and passionate about the mechanics of game delivery.
