Salary: EUR 66,918 - 112,600 / annual
DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking an experienced Senior Process Expert to serve as a subject matter expert within Drug Product manufacturing operations, specifically in Compounding & Filling or Visual Inspection. This is a hybrid role based in Schaftenau, Austria.
You will independently manage complex operational topics and lead process improvement initiatives across critical manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include serving as the subject matter expert for Drug Product manufacturing, independently managing multiple operational priorities, leading deviation investigations and implementing corrective/preventive actions, and preparing/reviewing Master Batch Records while ensuring GMP compliance.
You will lead qualification and process improvement projects, act as a key interface between Production, Quality Assurance, and Technical Operations teams to resolve manufacturing challenges, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to other Process Experts. You'll support regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring continuous inspection readiness.
Required qualifications include fluent German and English (written and spoken), proven experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments preferably in aseptic pharmaceutical production, ability to independently lead operational topics and coordinate stakeholders, strong project management skills managing multiple priorities, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
