As Senior Platform Domain Operations Lead for the Enterprise Marketplace domain, you will be the operational backbone enabling the domain to execute with discipline and efficiency. Reporting to the Enterprise Marketplace Domain Lead, you will partner closely with domain leadership to translate strategic priorities into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Establish and manage operating rhythms across the domain—leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and governance forums—ensuring consistent cadence and accountability.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and execution of key initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and other partners, removing blockers and ensuring alignment.
• Support strategic planning cycles including quarterly and annual planning, OKR tracking, and business reviews; translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership.
• Maintain visibility into domain priorities, milestones, operational metrics, and delivery progress; proactively surface risks and opportunities for leadership attention.
• Manage domain-level governance, tracking leadership decisions, action items, dependencies, and risks to ensure follow-through and accountability.
• Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiency gains across the domain; explore automation and AI-driven workflow optimization opportunities.
• Lead domain-wide programs, leadership forums, offsites, town halls, and communication initiatives to strengthen alignment and culture.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Global Operations, and Platform teams to support domain operational needs including resource planning, organizational planning, and budget management.
• Develop scalable dashboards, trackers, and workflows that improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making across the domain.
