Hisense USA is seeking a Senior Planning Analyst to lead demand and supply forecasting, inventory optimization, and production planning initiatives. This role is central to ensuring efficient, data-driven supply chain operations across the organization. Key responsibilities include: • Collect and analyze sell-in forecasts from sales teams, transforming data into comprehensive supply forecasts using Excel and accounting for arrival schedules, inventory levels, and market fluctuations. • Evaluate production orders based on factory capacity and capability, strategically scheduling to align with customer demand while minimizing inventory costs and coordinating closely with factory and internal teams. • Maintain daily inventory reports using SAP ERP and Excel, monitoring turnover rates and collaborating with sales to develop strategies for managing aging inventory and optimizing stock levels. • Foster cross-functional coordination with sales, production, and logistics departments to align supply chain activities with business goals and address issues promptly. • Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing forecasting accuracy, inventory control, and order fulfillment efficiency. • Develop and implement production planning strategies to improve operational efficiency, throughput, and order fulfillment performance. • Design inventory optimization frameworks including safety stock modeling and reorder point analysis using Excel and Power BI. • Lead cross-functional coordination consolidating inputs from sales, operations, and finance to align demand, supply, and business objectives. • Conduct supply chain risk assessments analyzing demand variability, supply disruptions, and capacity constraints to develop mitigation strategies. • Lead supply chain process improvement initiatives and planning system enhancements including automation and workflow optimization using SAP and analytics tools. • Develop and maintain supply chain KPI frameworks using Excel and Power BI to measure forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency. • Prepare executive-level summaries, dashboards, and planning insights using Excel and Power BI integrated with SAP outputs. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field plus minimum two years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Analyst, or similar role. Must have experience with demand and supply planning, production and capacity planning, inventory management, Excel data analysis, and SAP ERP systems. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
