Everlane, a luxury sustainable apparel brand, is seeking a Senior Planner to forecast, monitor, and order products across the women's apparel assortment. You will be a highly analytical individual responsible for developing preseason sales, margin, and inventory plans by channel, category, style, and color. Your core responsibilities include projecting sales volumes for existing and upcoming products to support replenishment and new launches, enhancing inventory models to improve forecast accuracy and turnover, and generating purchase orders down to SKU-level with precision.
You will collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and logistics teams to recommend style and color counts, manage in-season OTB forecasts to drive financial goals and KPI targets, and ensure optimal inventory flows. Additionally, you will perform analyses to identify business trends and opportunities, and build tools and dashboards to streamline processes. The role reports directly to the Senior Director of Planning.
Everlane's unique business model—where products rarely go on sale—creates distinctive planning challenges that require both analytical rigor and trend awareness. You will work with a wealth of data to ensure highly efficient inventory turnover and support the company's mission of sustainable, ethical luxury.
The position is based in Everlane's Los Angeles Creative Studio in the Arts District on a hybrid schedule, with at least three days in the office per week (Tuesdays through Thursdays).
